365/ May

Things are starting to look brighter out there.
We went to Eugene for "the birthdays" of our ten and twenty year old, and I was able to do a PB maternity session with Crista.

Brennan and I also had what has become our traditional birthday walk at Drake Park.

The first bloom of 2011!

When you forget to brush your hair after your shower and your mom notices a couple of hours later, you might look something like this.

Birthdays at Hendricks.

This one's from our day at Drake Park, but I can't seem to move it without starting over...

Big day. Long trip home.

For Mother's Day, my son usually gives me something important to him.
This bear was loved by two of my babies and I love him so much!

He's TEN! Wow.

I loved this day!

500 men, women, and husky kids!

We missed his sister while we were out. We had to check on her.

I told him I was going to post this on Facebook so his buddies could see.
He goes, NOOOOOOO!!!

Are you KIDDING ME?! It's the last half of MAY!

The girls...

And from my session...

365/ April

It's been a bleak, non-Spring. Homeschool has been the highlight. Yeah.

Waiting for Spring to show up...

In an effort to pull myself out of my funk, I claimed a week to focus on my photography.

Remember slipper football?
B. set up a stadium for his adoring fans.

They never boo!

The only flower I could find. I want Spring!!

365/ March

Just a moment between a boy and his dog.

Aunt Lois' dog, Sherman. He thinks he's a small dog. He's not. Sweetest dog ever, though.

This is honestly the prettiest thing out there right now!

We washed Peppermint Bark. It was time. He came out of the washer wearing a bra! Good times when you're nine!

He accidentally wore it to the store!

 Spring is all about puddles!

SUN!!!

slipper football

He’s been staying busy with “Slipper Football”...

It makes me remember when the girls were younger and spent their free time “Figure Scooting”!

my rocks

These are from my rock collection which I’ve been building ever since my son was two and started handing me his most treasured rock finds.

The dust on the piano is so symbolic of my February funk...

On to Spring cleaning... and Spring!!
